Construction Project Manager
Location: Buffalo, WV 25033 | 100% Onsite
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead capital construction and renovation projects ranging from $2M–$30M in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from concept through closeout, including feasibility, design, bidding, construction, and final delivery.
- Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and scope.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop Microsoft Project schedules and manage Procore budgets/forecasts.
- Review construction documents, shop drawings, submittals, and payment applications.
- Conduct jobsite meetings and resolve field issues and project constraints.
- Oversee contractor quality-control and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong Construction Project Management experience.
- Experience managing $2M–$30M capital projects.
- Ground-up and renovation construction experience.
- Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.
- Strong contractor, cost, schedule, quality, and safety management skills.
- Comfortable working 100% onsite around industrial machinery.
Salary : $60 - $62
