The Scientific & Healthcare Recruiter leads the full-cycle recruitment of scientific and healthcare professionals for government contract positions, with a focus on specialties such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Virology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and clinical healthcare roles. Working closely with the NIH and other federal agencies, you will source, screen, and present top candidates, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review position requirements and design compelling job ads.
- Proactively source, screen, qualify, and submit candidates using Bullhorn ATS.
- Recruit for a variety of roles in science and healthcare, including biologists, chemists, bioinformaticians, nurses, and physicians.
- Present shortlisted candidates—virtually or onsite—and track key recruitment metrics (speed, quality).
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate communications.
- Build candidate pipelines and fill high-priority and difficult positions.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners to meet hiring needs.
- Attend networking/training events; extend job offers and negotiate compensation.
- Deliver presentations to stakeholders and provide excellent candidate/customer experiences.
- Master’s degree in Biology or related scientific field; at least 2 years of scientific experience (lab experience preferred).
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred, with expertise in niche recruiting environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exposure to sourcing talent in federal healthcare settings is a plus.
