- Proven experience designing, building, and scaling high-performance backend systems
- Strong expertise in Python for backend development, automation, and data processing
- Proficiency in API development, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and geolocation-based access controls
- Familiarity with system security, AML/KYC compliance, and performance optimization
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and product teams
- Experience in gaming, fintech, or social application development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural design
