In this role, you will:
- Serve as the L2 Product Owner for low-code/no-code workflow and automation technologies
- Lead complex initiatives to deliver automation solutions
- Manage multiple L1 Product Owners and development teams
- Build Product Roadmaps and Jira Advanced Roadmaps, maintain Agile Jira boards, and ensure backlog hygiene.
- Write features, link user stories to features, and connect epics to user stories for full traceability.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives, and demos) with L1 Product Owners and development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Markets, Banking, CRE, and CIB COO to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Drive quarterly planning sessions and ensure Agile best practices across all teams.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver low-code/no-code solutions and automation workflows.
- Create technical specifications and strategic documentation for prioritized initiatives.
- Contribute to operational planning and executive-level product discussions.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using emerging technologies.
- Deliver solutions that reduce risk, automate controls, and generate measurable efficiency and cost savings.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
- 5 years of experience in Financial Services
- Strong background in intelligent automation and workflow delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex product portfolios.
- Strong familiarity with Agile Jira board management, including roadmap building and Jira plan creation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ability to create Power BI dashboards and deliver low-code solutions.
- Exposure to AI technologies and frameworks.
- Experience driving adoption of new tools and technologies.
Standout capabilities:
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 for process modeling.
- Wireframing skills using Figma.
- Exposure to Hyland’s Alfresco Workflow tool.
- Familiarity with Xceptor Data Automation platform.
