- Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality (e.g., Service Cloud, Lightning Experience).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working within an Agile framework and managing tasks within a sprint cycle.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can support business objectives.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred.
- 3 years of experience in Product Ownership.
