Product Owner

Product Owner Location: Charlotte, NC (Face-to-face interviews required) Duration: Through end of year with possible extensions

Ideal Candidate Profile: Reporting to the Director of the Associate Desktop for the Customer Care & Communications (C3) Team, the Salesforce Platform Product Owner will optimize the Salesforce platform for Ally, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role defines user stories, manages the product backlog, and contributes to the platform's roadmap to meet business needs, drive efficiency, and improve user experience.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information systems, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Product Ownership and Salesforce Platform experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform functionality (e.g., Service Cloud, Lightning Experience).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Experience working within an Agile framework and managing tasks within a sprint cycle.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
• Understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can support business objectives.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are preferred.
