Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items. This role requires strong collaboration skills, comfort working in a fast‑paced environment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), agile methodologies, and a strong quality‑driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Support the product vision and roadmap by translating strategic goals into actionable backlog items.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business priorities.
Partner closely with product managers and business teams to maintain and refine the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
Stay current on agile best practices to ensure smooth and effective development cycles.
Advocate for quality assurance and testing excellence across all phases of product development.
Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high‑value features.
Translate business requirements into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Define test cases, review test results, and provide sign‑off on feature readiness.
Promote a strong testing and quality mindset across the team.
Partner with the Scrum Master to remove impediments and keep sprints on track.
Lead or facilitate team meetings to clarify requirements, review progress, and resolve issues.
Coordinate with engineering and content teams to support implementation and clarify functional needs.
Monitor progress against sprint goals and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Support release planning and ensure deployment readiness.
Oversee testing coordination, including test planning, defect tracking, and resolution.
Promote best practices in functional, accessibility, and regression testing.
Qualifications:

Experience in product development, product ownership, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable, well‑defined requirements.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with minimal direction.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and driving quality assurance across cross‑functional teams.
Required experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
