The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974.00 to $149,880.00. - Lead product vision and strategy for your product team.
- The Product Owner will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering team, ensuring that product features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Engage with stakeholders, clients, and product managers in scope definition and requirements refinement.
- Write robust user stories that show your understanding of the product, the technical limitations, personas and acceptance criteria.
- Develop deep knowledge of users, formulating hypothesis and advocating product direction and roadmap.
- Act as the subject matter expert for your product; including awareness of the related technology stack and how the market and our customers use and extract business value from your product(s).
- Define product roadmaps and drive PI objectives.
- Assess risks and benefits of product enhancements and gain alignment with stakeholders, clients, and product managers.
- Analyze product metrics and define continuous improvement initiatives to increase the Product’s business value.
- Introduce new approaches and tool sets that will allow the product development team to better understand the solution criteria and requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
- 7 years of working experience as a Product Owner who is used to working in a high performing Scrum environment.
- 2 years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, and account management experience.
- Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality products.
- Strong collaboration and engagement skills with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product Management, UX Design, and Testing; proficient in creating detailed requirements, user stories, and user acceptance criteria (UAC).
- Strong written skills with verbal communication experience and solid presentation skills who is highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality products.
- Ability to define high-level business objectives and drive product roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Experience in agile and scrum development organizations.
- Certification - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) is a plus.
