Systems Administrator / Onsite / Tempe

We are seeking a Mid Level Systems Administrator to support and enhance a hybrid on prem / cloud infrastructure environment in Tempe, AZ. This is a full time onsite position where you’ll take ownership of Windows Server Administration, virtualization, Azure AD/M365 management, PowerShell automation, and general infrastructure maintenance.

This is a strong growth opportunity for someone ready to step into deeper server and infrastructure responsibilities. You’ll work closely with senior engineers on meaningful project work, server upgrades, migrations, virtualization tuning, security hardening, and cloud expansion. The role provides hands on ownership of core systems while giving you a platform to advance into higher level engineering or cloud focused work.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-7 years of Systems Administration experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, and Group Policy
• VMware or Hyper-V experience
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Experience with Azure AD and M365 administration
• Solid networking fundamentals
  
  

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with server migrations or upgrade projects
• Exposure to security hardening or compliance environments
• Experience with backup, DR, or storage solutions
• Familiarity with monitoring tools
