Required Skills & Experience
- Deep experience with Azure DevOps and cloud infrastructure within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong hands-on expertise with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Proven background developing and supporting C#/.NET applications in a DevOps or platform engineering context
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a DevOps or SRE capacity
- Strength in CI/CD pipeline design, optimization, and release processes
- Clear and effective communication skills across technical and business teams
- Hands-On Engineering: 70%
- Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%
