- 5 years of experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces, or creator platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Experience selling to founders, creators, influencers, or small business operators
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in the sports betting, sports media, or sports analytics ecosystem
- Background selling marketplace, creator economy, or subscription-based platforms
- Experience building or improving sales playbooks and outbound strategies
- Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM platforms, and AI-assisted prospecting workflows
- Personal interest in sports, sports analytics, or betting communities
- Experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth companies
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Full-cycle sales from discovery through close
- Partner acquisition and relationship management
- Sales process development and infrastructure
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new partners on the platform
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Identify and engage sports betting creators, analysts, and community leaders
- Clearly communicate the value of the platform and how partners can grow their businesses
- Develop repeatable sales processes, scripts, and playbooks to scale the sales motion
- Use CRM and modern sales tools to manage pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to surface customer feedback
- Help shape future product features based on partner needs and industry trends
- Contribute to building the company’s early sales culture and infrastructure
