Our client a leading healthcare provider is looking to hire an AP Customer Service Analyst to join their team in Fairfax, VA. This is set to be an initial 6-month contract hybrid position.
As their AP Customer Service Analyst you will to support Accounts Payable operations with a strong focus on employee expense reimbursements, vendor statement reconciliation, and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience using AP and T&E systems—specifically Oracle modules.
Duration: 6 months to start, with extensions to 1 year and beyond
Location: candidates are must come on-site 1-2 per month after training.
Responsibilities
Expense Reimbursements
- Audit employee expense reimbursements according to T&E and IRS policy
- Email employees and approving managers for stranded expenses
Customer Service
- Interacts with customers, addressing customer queries and complaints in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Utilizes and continuously learns various systems and services including Supplier Setup, T & E Module, 1099/1042S processing dates, AP Workflow and check run formats and payment schedules
- Reconciles and keeps track of vendor statements monthly
- The contractor may be required to perform other related duties when circumstances require such as, emergencies, workload, technology, etc.
Qualifications:
- Education, Years of Experience, and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum 2 year of experience in Accounts Payable - Travel and Expense reimbursement
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
- Meet time sensitive deadlines
