We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Billing Assistant to support billing and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Details:
- Full-time temporary role
- 100% onsite
- Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day between 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Create accounts and process third-party invoices
- Issue billing adjustments and process refunds
- Track delinquent invoices and maintain daily transaction logs
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Balance daily payments and assist with month-end activities
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of administrative or billing experience
- Foreclosure experience required
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Basic math and accounting software proficiency
