Required Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server concepts
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively
Desired Skills & Experience
Previous experience working in an MSP environment
Exposure to Active Directory and user management
Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
Basic knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms
IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft fundamentals
