Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in VoIP or network engineering
- Hands-on experience with PBX systems (3CX, Asterisk, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SIP, call routing, and VoIP protocols
- Solid networking knowledge (VLANs, QoS, firewalls)
- Experience troubleshooting voice quality issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice or other UCaaS platforms
- Familiarity with SBCs (Session Border Controllers)
- Knowledge of carrier provisioning and SIP trunking
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Relevant VoIP or networking certifications
