Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic Windows Server concepts
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience working in an MSP environment
- Exposure to Active Directory and user management
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
