- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with excellent customer service skills
- Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and perform safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
- Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with tact and efficiency, providing solutions that enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other hotel departments
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth transition between shifts and accurate recordkeeping
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during overnight hours
- Familiarity with guest relations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems in a resort or hotel setting
