Job Title: Night Auditor / Overnight Guest Services & Security
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This overnight role combines guest services, property preparation, and security responsibilities. The ideal candidate is attentive, organized, and comfortable working independently while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular security walks around the property to ensure guest safety and identify any concerns.
- Monitor for suspicious activity and report incidents according to policy.
- Ensure all doors, gates, and access points are properly closed and locked; confirm no empty rooms are left accessible.
- Clean up trash, dirty towels, and debris around the resort.
- Organize outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and shared spaces.
- Complete laundry tasks and prepare linens for the housekeeping team for the next day.
- Follow and maintain the bleaching process as introduced during training.
- Assist guests with WiFi, TVs, AC units, door locks, and other in-room issues.
- Help guests with check-in and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
- Accept and process new reservations during the overnight shift.
- Answer incoming calls and respond professionally to guest inquiries.
- Turn off AC units, lights, TVs, and other utilities when appropriate to support power-saving efforts.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently throughout the night.
- Customer service experience preferred; hospitality or security background is a plus.
- Comfortable assisting guests with basic tech or room-related issues.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to remain alert during overnight hours.
- Ability to follow security protocols and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
