Housekeeping and Laundry Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities
• Sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and remove trash
• Clean common areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces as assigned
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or housekeeping services
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
• Follow all company health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in

Experience

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
