We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing linens and amenities
- Sanitize bathrooms, restock supplies, and remove trash
- Clean common areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces as assigned
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or housekeeping services
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all company health and safety procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
