Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces to meet sanitation standards.
• Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
• Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to infection control protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
• Conduct window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care, and custodial tasks to uphold the facility’s appearance.
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture movement while following manual handling safety procedures.

Skills

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning standards.
• Skilled in using various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, floor buffers, and chemical sprayers.
• Strong understanding of sanitation practices and infection control measures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Ability to handle chemical products responsibly with proper PPE use while maintaining safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and standing or walking for extended periods.
• Experience in window cleaning, floor care techniques, laundry services, and general custodial responsibilities is highly desirable.

Pay: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
