Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team Motel 6) Las Vegas. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and inquiries
- Manage payments and accurately maintain cash drawer
- Respond to guest issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Ensure security and privacy of guest information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend, swing and morning shifts
- Proficient in using computers and hotel software (experience with Economy Hotel (Prev Motel6).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
