We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focused on client growth and progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular wellness checks to monitor client progress and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to all licensing, ethical, and facility standards and protocols.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client-facing hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Active NPI number and current CAQH profile.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical or community setting strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and scheduling efficiently.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
