Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop therapeutic goals.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children.
- Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and circumstances.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using proven clinical methods.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Conduct regular wellness check-ins to monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Comply with all facility policies, ethical guidelines, and licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT or equivalent).
- Active BLS and CPR certification.
- Experience providing therapy in clinical, private practice, or community-based settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible work from home options available.
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
