Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on client growth and emotional resilience.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Conduct regular wellness checks and monitor ongoing client progress.
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, ethical guidelines, and facility protocols.
- Maintain a caseload of at least 30 client-facing hours per week.
- Participate in supervision and case consultation as required or desired to support licensure and clinical growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid limited state licensure (e.g., LLPC, LLMSW, or equivalent based on state regulations).
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and up-to-date CAQH profile.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or community setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to effectively handle scheduling and documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continued learning, and personal and professional development.
Note: Supervision is available to support limited licensed therapists working toward full licensure.

Salary : $68,000 - $78,000
