We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing various equipment. This role requires at least 2 years experience in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. The Maintenance Technician will also provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and contribute to a safe working environment.
Duties
- Complete routine maintenance based CMS guidelines
- Complete task timely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Following instruction
- Work independently and do a good job
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
Experience
- Proficiency in keeping records of work orders
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting is essential.
- Strong understanding of skills with repairs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
