What will you do?

• Execute food preparation and cooking with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness organization and food safety while maintaining correct food temperatures and storage
• Perform opening closing and side work duties according to established guidelines
• Keep workstation cooler and equipment clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked while following all health codes and sanitation regulations

More about you

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a line cook or in a equivalent culinary role preferred
• Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
• Willingness to learn and work in different kitchen stations, including grill, fry, and sauté
• Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines 
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior team members 

Physical requirements

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
