What will you do?
- Execute food preparation and cooking with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness organization and food safety while maintaining correct food temperatures and storage
- Perform opening closing and side work duties according to established guidelines
- Keep workstation cooler and equipment clean organized sanitized and sufficiently stocked while following all health codes and sanitation regulations
More about you
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a line cook or in a equivalent culinary role preferred
- Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques and methods
- Willingness to learn and work in different kitchen stations, including grill, fry, and sauté
- Proficient in a variety of cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide junior team members
Physical requirements
- Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, and whip a variety of foods and liquids
- Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 pounds
