Operations Coordinator

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing organization to add an Operations Coordinator to oversee a portfolio of properties across the region. This role is responsible for supporting both the operational and financial performance of the portfolio while partnering closely with on-site property teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance for a regional portfolio
• Partner with on-site teams to support occupancy, maintenance, budgeting, and resident relations
• Review financials, approve expenses, and monitor overall property performance
• Travel regularly to properties to support teams and conduct site visits
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on operational needs and projects
• Support hiring, coaching, and performance management for property staff

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Experience in operations, hospitality, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred
• Financial and budgeting experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel regionally
