Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Controller with all aspects of financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve financial accuracy and efficiency
- Support ERP system enhancements and process automation projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
- 3 years of progressive accounting experience in private or public industry
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
