Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and two nature-based facilities serving more than 4,000 students annually. License / Education Requirements:

• Current MN Teaching License for Work Based Learning

Qualifications:

• Experience in school setting and/or previous experience working with secondary level students
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues, community and students
• Excellent communication skills with students, parents and staff

Essential Skills Required:

• Identify the needs of students through formal and informal assessments
• Communicate with students, parents and staff on regular basis on student progress
• Foster a community where all people are valued, respected, seen and heard
• Update all necessary records accurately as required by laws, district policies and school regulations
• Attend department, school and parent meetings or functions
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
• Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
• Other job-related duties as assigned

Salary Range: $44,182 - $90,327 for 1 FTE per the current Faculty Master Agreement 2023-2025
