West Central Industries, founded in 1962, provides job skills training, community job placement, and life‑enrichment opportunities for people with disabilities. We are seeking dedicated candidates to help advance our mission by offering support and training to the individuals we serve.
Part -Time Job Coach: Monday - Saturday, Up to 10 hours per week
Hours are based on persons’ served needs and staff availability.
Wage: $20.25 per hour with a $5.00 Shift Differential for weekend hours; $10.00 Shift Differential for holidays.

Responsibilities of a Job Coach Include:
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching to individuals currently employed, offering on‑the‑job support at their work sites to promote confidence, independence, and long‑term success.
- Assist with workplace skills such as communication, time management, problem‑solving, and task completion.
- Collaborate with employers, coworkers, team members, and support networks to ensure a positive work experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication records.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated to support and empower others.
- Ability to provide quality assurance to meet customers’ needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check
