What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach position at Monticello Public Schools?
- Candidates must have or be willing to get Minnesota Head Coaching certification
- Previous lacrosse coach experience required
- Head Coach experience preferred
- Strong leadership and time management skills required
- Effective decision making skills while acting within the district policies, procedures and guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, administrators, community, and staff
- Maintain confidentiality of information about students, families and staff
- Experience working with diverse students and families
- Must be willing to transport athletes to events when we have smaller groups events
