A Day In The Life
Responsible for developing and delivering onsite activations, including but not limited to the Audio, Video, Lighting, Power and Rigging aspects of all scheduled events. Works directly with Event Marketing Management to coordinate event activation audio, visual (AV) needs and manage equipment health and inventory.

A Day In The Life
Responsible for developing and delivering onsite activations, including but not limited to the Audio, Video, Lighting, Power and Rigging aspects of all scheduled events. Works directly with Event Marketing Management to coordinate event activation audio, visual (AV) needs and manage equipment health and inventory.
The Impact You'll Make
- Ensure funds are spent in the most effective manner to grow the business, train, coach and manage AV technicians.
- Ensure equipment stays current with industry standards and pursue new innovative technology. Manage and maintain A/V asset inventory. Assist managing engineering drawings and safety stamps for all events equipment. Aid in repairs to electronics.
- Ability to develop and execute a wide range of workflows including pre-produced content production, live and hybrid event audit visual (A/V) production, and identifying new capabilities and industry trends.
- Support cultivating and managing relationships with AV vendors. Participate in the budget process and the vendor bid process (RFP’s) to ensure competitive pricing on all AV technology and equipment.
- Assist Event Management with tradeshow design and AV ordering.
- Work with Internal Stakeholders to plan, communicate and collaborate on AV/technical activation plans and content.
- Keep abreast and report on AV/technical products, innovation, market conditions, competitive advantages and trends.
- Develop value-added relationships with brand partners, vendors, promoters and internal/external stakeholders.
- Responsible for department graphics assets, installation and inventory.
- Oversee onsite event operations of A/V technical staff and equipment.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Audio Engineering, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Between 3-5 years of experience in managing audio-visual operations for large-scale events
- Between 3-5 years of experience in Events Management or Marketing Management with Lifestyle Brands and Tour experience
Salary : $58,500 - $78,000
