WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Rentex has an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse Associate. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Work schedules may vary based on business needs and can include nights and/or weekends.

Position Overview

As a warehouse team member, you will work primarily in either the inbound or outbound department. Because Rentex is a rental company, equipment is continuously moving out to customers and back into inventory.

This is an entry-level role. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We value integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Employees who learn quickly, follow direction, and demonstrate initiative will have opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks
• Scan Rentex equipment in and out of inventory
• Identify and report missing equipment
• Count cables and miscellaneous items
• Return equipment to proper shelving locations
• Pull and prep orders with strong attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle equipment, reach with hands and arms, and climb stairs. Must occasionally lift or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
