LOCATION OF POSITION: Fairport NY 14450; Nursing Department - Foreman Center
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-Month Position; Full-time

- Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract.
- Process all phone, mail and e-mail correspondence for assigned supervisor in the department.
- Build caseloads to determine amounts of service to be billed.
- Send subs to cover for staff absences each day.
- Manage Wincap Web for staff to complete payroll biweekly.
- Create recommendations for hire in Frontline for regular school year and ESY and as needed during school year.
- Coordinate calendars, mail, meetings and schedules when needed. Create letters for opening day of school year, staff assignments, parents, and principals.
- Work independently, be proactive anticipating personnel and office needs, be certain the main deadlines are met, make appropriate decisions quickly, be versatile, adapt to a variety of circumstances and exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Frontline, WinCap Financial, Company Mileage and Follett Library system is helpful.
- Maintain and manage office/clinical medical supplies
- Organize student medical and intake records, including reviewing medical orders for compliance
- Other duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Civil Service eligibility for Clerk I: Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus either:
- Graduation with an Associate's degree or successful completion of at least sixty (60) credit hours from a college or university, plus two (2) years paid full-time or it's part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience*; OR,
- Four (4) years paid full-time or it's part-time equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience*; OR,
- An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.
- Experience as a Teller, Cashier or Salesclerk shall not be considered office clerical experience of these minimum requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Proficient in the use of PC's, familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle confidential material appropriately.
- School office experience preferred.
- Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
Salary : $19 - $25
