About the Opportunity
As the Customer Engagement Manager at Monin, you will be responsible for serving as the primary facilitator and point of contact for trade shows, customer conferences, and enhancing the overall customer experience with our brand.
What You’ll Do
· Maximize the value of customer events through strategy, planning & program development, budget management, execution, and measurement/evaluation.
· Follow brand guidelines to design and execute look and feel of shows
· Act as project manager for show deliverables in working with outside vendors and internal graphics team
· Source giveaways and develop activations to drive booth traffic
· Lead and establish a standard for all sales shows, allowing for customization
· Create recap documents of each event including hard data, key metrics, and recommendations for future events.
· Evaluate and pitch new engagement opportunities
· Elevate all customer touch points to provide memorable experiences
· Events to include:
o National Coffee Tradeshows
o National Foodservice Conferences
o Regional Distributor Shows
o National Account Customer Conferences
· Additional responsibilities include:
o Enhancing customer site visits with: plant tours, welcome signage, gift bags
o Developing creative prospect outreach tools
o Creating themed kits / gift baskets
o Sourcing and managing annual holiday gifts
