About the Opportunity

The Monin Flavor Academy Internship Program is your chance to dive into the vibrant world of flavor creation and business innovation. Over 9 immersive weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate across departments, and contribute to projects that bring Monin’s mission to life. This is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to learn from passionate professionals, sharpen your business and creative instincts, and leave your mark on a global flavor brand.

Project Overview

This internship provides hands-on exposure to logistics, warehousing operations, and data-driven process improvement. The intern will focus on analyzing data to help establish meaningful KPI benchmarks that support operational efficiency and clear performance expectations. In addition, the intern will support digital transformation work by transferring critical information—such as work instructions, safety materials, and training videos—from BC into Poka.

This project is essential for improving visibility into productivity, strengthening communication with employees, and supporting a more modern and efficient workflow across the supply chain.

What You’ll Do

  Data Analysis & KPI Development

• Analyze data from BC to identify current productivity standards.
• Extract actionable insights that highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support the creation of efficiency-focused metrics and KPI reporting tools.

  Operations Immersion: Warehousing & Logistics

• Train across all areas of warehousing and logistics.
• Learn workflow processes, operational roles, and the warehouse/logistics flow chart.
• Participate in day-to-day tasks to gain a full understanding of department operations.

  Digital Content Transfer to Poka

• Move work instructions, safety content, and training videos from BC into the Poka platform.
• Ensure information is organized, accessible, and aligned with operational needs.

  Process Understanding & Support

• Observe workflow challenges, document findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

·         Excel, PowerPoint, Business Central (BC), Email, Teams, Word, and other standard office applications.

·         A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
