About the Opportunity

The Monin Flavor Academy Internship Program is your chance to dive into the vibrant world of flavor creation and business innovation. Over 9 immersive weeks, you’ll gain hands-on experience, collaborate across departments, and contribute to projects that bring Monin’s mission to life. This is more than just an internship; it’s a chance to learn from passionate professionals, sharpen your business and creative instincts, and leave your mark on a global flavor brand.

What You’ll Do

·         Analyze and innovate: Support the review of business and operational processes, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate our flavor experience.

·         Collaborate and connect: Partner with dynamic teams to streamline workflows, strengthen supplier and customer relationships, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

·         Create impact: Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that influence leadership decisions and business strategy.

·         Research and explore: Conduct market and industry research to uncover trends, opportunities, and future innovations in the flavor space.

·         Communicate and contribute: Foster effective teamwork, clear communication, and a spirit of collaboration across all departments.
