Compensation Range: $29-39/hr
Job Description:
Support growth of the email marketing channel through campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting to drive device sales.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch automated email marketing programs
- Execute and optimize A/B and multivariate testing campaigns
- Report key metrics and performance to senior stakeholders
- Coordinate with creative teams for content production
- Publish content to CMS using basic HTML/XML
- Use SQL and Excel for campaign analysis and insights
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- 3 years in digital marketing (email, on-device, or display)
- Experience writing customer-facing, branded content
- Proficiency with CMS, HTML, XML
- 1 years with SQL for data analysis
- Strong Excel skills (VLookups, Pivot tables)
- Effective communicator with experience reporting to senior leadership
- BA/BS degree
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience managing large-scale email campaigns
- Expertise in segmentation and A/B testing
- Familiarity with analytics and web traffic tools
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and results-driven in fast-paced settings
