The start date is December 15, 2025 for this contract position.Job Title: Manager; Sales Digital TransformationLocation-Type: Onsite (Racine, WI)Start Date Is: December 15, 2025Duration: ContractCompensation Range: $35-45/hrJob Description:Lead the adoption, integration, and enhancement of digital sales technologies while driving data accuracy, AI applications, and operational efficiency across the sales organization.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Act as primary contact for sales teams on data and tech toolsOnboard and train users on digital sales tools (e.g., TPMax, Deal Deck, Shelfgram)Resolve field issues and collaborate with IT for root cause and resolutionMonitor and ensure accuracy of sales data across platformsRecruit and manage a super-user network across the organizationAnalyze KPIs to evaluate tool effectiveness and impact on salesDrive digital transformation initiatives, including AI use casesContinuously gather feedback and improve tool functionality and integrationRequirements:Must-Haves:Bachelor's degree in IT or related field5 years of relevant business experienceProven expertise in change management and continuous improvementExperience applying AI in corporate environmentsStrong Power BI reporting skillsProficiency with SAP TPMax, ChatGPT/Copilot toolsNice-to-Haves:Knowledge of the US retail landscape and sales planningExperience with forecasting tools or master data systemsFinancial acumen and ability to balance ROI and riskDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and influence without authority
