Crown Colony Apartments | 220 Apartments
Pay: $27–29/hr quarterly bonuses (up to $4,000 )
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8–5 | On‑call every 3 weeks ($100/week minimum 1.5 hrs min pay)

What You’ll Do:
- Lead maintenance operations supervise team
- Complete work orders, turns, painting, repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting (EPA required)
- Plumbing, electrical, appliance repair
- Preventative maintenance & vendor management
- Snow removal, pool care (as applicable)
- Participate in on‑call rotation
What You Bring:
- 2 years maintenance experience (multi‑family preferred)
- 2 years HVAC experience EPA certification
- Experience supervising 2 employees
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliances, water heaters
