Interested in maintenance? We're looking to train our next Maintenance Technician to join our team at Walnut Creek Apartments in Florence, KY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

- $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
- PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- Up to $100 a week additional pay when on call if you get called out or not!
