- Lead a High-Performing Team: Direct and mentor on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Drive Leasing Success: Ensure high occupancy rates and rental income by implementing effective marketing and leasing strategies
- Financial Oversight: Process invoices, manage rental income, and track delinquencies
- Resident Relations: Build and maintain a strong, engaged community by addressing resident needs and fostering positive relationships
- 3 years of experience in Multifamily Housing
- 1 years Direct Property Manager experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation Required
