🔧 What You’ll Jump Into Daily:
- Knock out service requests quickly and correctly
- Turn apartments efficiently for new move-ins
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical & appliances
- Handle painting, drywall, and general repairs
- Keep grounds and shared spaces clean and presentable
- Stay ahead with preventative maintenance
- Rotate on-call (1 week every 3 weeks)
✅ What You Need to Bring:
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience (apartment preferred)
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances & general repairs
- HVAC/EPA or CPO certification is a plus
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver’s license reliable transportation
- Availability: Monday–Friday (8–5) on-call rotation
