💸 What You’ll Get:
- $18.00–$20.00/HR DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
- On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

- Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
- Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
- Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
- Interior/exterior painting and repairs
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 2 weeks)
- 1 year of apartment or general maintenance experience
- HVAC-Boiler/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry, drywall & painting
- Water heater systems (gas & electric)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 5PM on-call rotation
