Maintenance Technician 🛠️ | Barrington Place at Somerset (Montgomery, AL)

Pay: $23–$24/hr (DOE) On-Call Pay Quarterly Bonus (Up to $750/Quarter)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | On-Call Rotation (1 week every 4 weeks)

What You’ll Do 🔧Â
- Complete work orders promptly and efficiently
- Turn/make ready apartments between occupancies
- Perform interior & exterior painting/staining
- Handle HVAC needs, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
- Maintain clean and safe property grounds and shop
- Assist with on-call emergency coverage (rotating)
What You Need 🏆Â
- 1 years of maintenance experience (required)
- HVAC Certification, EPA License, and/or CPO Certification (preferred)
- Skills in:
- Drywall, carpentry, and painting
- Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
- Electrical (outlets, switches, fixtures)
- Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, disposals)
- Water heaters (gas & electric)
- Ability to demonstrate basic maintenance skills during interview
