Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 5 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work.

- $19.00- $22.00/HR
- Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses

- 2 years’ experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, painting, general construction or equivalent (we can train you!)
- HVAC experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to help with on call and with snow removal
