Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

What we are hoping for:
- 2 years’ experience in maintenance, including 1 years in multi-family housing
- HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPO Certification preferred
- Drywalling including painting and carpentry
