What You’ll Be Doing:
- Maintain excellent curb appeal and keep common areas clean and welcoming
- Keep interior spaces (office, bathrooms, amenities) tidy, safe, and inviting
- Assist maintenance staff with tasks like basic repairs, painting, and unit turns
- Help with trash outs and preparing vacant units for new residents
- Support pool upkeep and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal)
- Report any maintenance, safety, or unusual concerns around the property
What You Bring:
- 3–6 months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work
- Basic understanding of maintenance/property operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-player attitude
- Reliable and consistent work ethic
- Passion for keeping spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
What You’ll Get:
- $14.00–$16.00 per hour DOE
- Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
