Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Pointe West Apartments, a 93-unit community located in St. Cloud. - $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Complete service requests quickly and efficiently
- Turn/make-ready apartment units for new residents
- Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances
- Interior/exterior painting and repairs
- Maintain grounds and common areas
- Conduct preventative maintenance
- Keep shop and work areas clean and organized
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule (1 week every 6 weeks)
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of apartment or general maintenance experience
- HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred

Working knowledge of:
- Plumbing (including copper pipe work)
- Electrical repairs (outlets, fixtures, switches)
- Appliance repair
- Carpentry, drywall & painting
- Water heater systems (gas & electric)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation required
- Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30PM on-call rotation
