Woodland /Parkview Apartments in St. Cloud MN is looking for a Full time maintenance technician / Caretaker. We are looking for a dependable, energetic individual with maintenance/ handyman background and good communication skills. Duties include general repair, painting, grounds maintenance. Some experience with plumbing, electrical, heating and appliance repair a plus. This position also does turn and common area cleaning. Valid Boiler license or willing to obtain is a must. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. Must be able to pass a back ground check. Wage offered is based on experience.
This Position is eligible for Paid time off, Paid Holiday, Health, Life, Dental and vision insurance and 401K.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
