🔧 Position Details:
- Title: Maintenance Supervisor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pay: $23–$25/hr (Based on Experience)
- Extras: Quarterly bonuses on-call pay 💸
🧰 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders 🔧
- Turn/make-ready apartments between residents 🏠
- Interior and exterior painting/staining 🎨
- HVAC troubleshooting and repairs ❄️🔥
- General groundskeeping and upkeep 🌿
- Preventative maintenance tasks 📋
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace 🧽
- Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) 📱
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 1 year of general maintenance experience
- EPA Certification REQUIRED
- Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry
- Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
- Electrical know-how (switches, outlets, lighting)
- Appliance repair knowledge (fridges, stoves, dishwashers)
