Groundskeeper – Full-Time, Year-Round Work

Pay: $15 – $17/hr DOE Bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Pick up trash, clean lots, curbs, and common areas
- Mow, trim, edge, rake, fertilize, and maintain flowerbeds
- Light tree/bush trimming irrigation checks
- Snow removal in winter
- Pool cleaning and seasonal prep
- Help the maintenance team when needed
What You Need
- 6 months landscaping/grounds work
- Able to run mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Willing to work outside year-round
- Friendly and dependable
